The judge said that Tymoshenko has exceeded the authority as prime minister when seeking natural gas distribution contract for ten years between the state-owned company, Naftogaz, with Russia in 2009. According to some, the contract was actually causing the Ukraine must pay gas more expensive.
Hearing the verdict, Tymoshenko was originally a smile. However, politicians pretty 50-year-old then stood up and shouted curse "authoritarian regime" of President Viktor Yanukovich, who is a political rival.
