Telkomsel Open Call Center in Saudi Arabia



Continuing programs and campaigns of Ramadan and Idul Fitri, routinely, every year, telecom operators roll out services pilgrimage. The same thing done by this year's Telkomsel Telkomsel deploy Hajj.

By visiting this pilgrimage service posts, Ririn says, customers can get various services such as changing cards, SLI or international roaming activation, block, unblock, 3G activation, card sales and reload prime.

Ririn mentions, in delivering communications services in the Holy Land this year, SingTel took the local telecom operator Zain. Thus, customers can enjoy efficient communication tariffs, tariff equivalent to the local operator in Saudi Arabia, without the need to replace the cards in their phones.

For information, to make calls and video calls to all operators in Indonesia, the customer is only charged at Rp 6 thousand per minute, and Rp2.500 per minute to receive a phone. Rates to send an SMS is 900 per message. No rate charged for receiving SMS.

For data services, unlimited packet data roaming is available for 3 days and 7 days at the rate of 200 thousand and Rp450 thousand. As for the unlimited BlackBerry, packages are available for 1 day, 3 day, 7 days and 20 days at the rate of Rp45 thousand, 130, 300, and Rp850 thousand.
