'War' New Samsung Vs Apple: Japan



War of the lawsuit between Apple and Samsung continue. Previously, Apple managed to reduce Samsung's marketing in Europe by banning the sale of a number of Samsung products Galaxy type of court order.

Now, Apple is also opening a new battlefield with Samsung: Japan.



The news about Apple's lawsuit against Samsung for patent infringement was first reported by Japanese media, Kyodo News. Called Apple filed suit in Tokyo District Court.

Apple assess the Galaxy's Android-based violation of patents owned by iPad and iPhone. However, not specifically set forth regarding patent infringement in question.
