Thailand's new Prime Minister, Yingluck Shinawatra, is scheduled visited the ASEAN countries, including Indonesia, starting this weekend. Introductory tour that will be the first trip abroad for Yingluck official as PM of Thailand since August 5.
According to the daily The Nation, 8 September 2011, Brunei Darussalam will be the first country visited on Saturday, September 10, 2011. Brunei was chosen because of the reason this country was first confirmed.
"We have contacted the ASEAN countries will pay a visit to tell PM Yingluck. Brunei was first confirmed by saying they could be visited after Ramadan," said someone from the Thai government is not to be named.
After a visit to Brunei, Yingluck will visit Indonesia on Monday, September 12 to introduce himself as the new PM. Quoted from page MCOT Net, Yingluck will discuss cooperation in energy and fisheries in Indonesia.
