Galaxy Tab 10.1 Still Banned in Australia

Court of Australia for a while still prohibiting the sale of tablets Samsung Galaxy Pad 10.1 Australia. This means Apple is temporarily excel in the patent war against Samsung.

Previously, Apple sued Samsung for allegedly plagiarizing a touch-screen technology Galaxy Tab 10.1. Besides Australia, the two companies were also involved in a patent battle in court nine countries.



Samsung is one of strict competitor Apple in the smartphone and tablet products. But the sentencing judge Annabelle Bennett, considered to be violating patents Samsung touch screen and touch-control movement.

The decision issued by the Federal Court of Australia is threatening the position of Samsung in the Australian market. Moreover, this decision was handed down before Christmas, the best time to sell smartphones and tablets.

Both companies have been involved a dispute since last April. Each accuse each other of patent infringement adanyan.

Responding to this decision, Samsung expressed disappointment. Other legal action would be sought and pursued Samsung.

"Samsung will continue its legal action against Apple's claims, to ensure we can remain innovative products available to consumers," said Samsung representative.
