Bali Back quake, residents scrambled

Some time ago an earthquake occurred again in Bali. Although not sedahsyat previous earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale, a strong earthquake is felt.

Bali residents who had returned into the house after the big earthquake, rushed back to the outdoors. "Currently residents gathered at the roadside. The cars also stopped," he added.



Based on data from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG), has been an earthquake with a strength of 5.6 on the Richter scale at 14:52 GMT, Thursday afternoon.

The quake occurred at 131 kilometers southwest of Nusa Dua, Bali, at a point adjacent to the major earthquake this morning.

Previously, earthquake rocked Bali at 10:16 pm. Version of the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) recorded magnitude of 6.8 on the Richter scale. While the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said the quake at magnitude 6.0 SR island.

Earthquake locations known to be in 9.89 south latitude and 114.53 east longitude. Epicenter was located at a distance of 143 kilometers southwest direction, Nusa Dua, Bali.
